had a fantastic experience at the --- store, and I want to give a big shoutout to Chris for making it so enjoyable! From the moment I walked in, Chris was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the selection process, ensuring I got the best products at a great price. This store has a decent selection of bud, edibles and accessories. It also has the comfy chill vibe that's usual in dispensaries. It stands out with its customer service. The budtenders are friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. As someone who goes there after browsing their selection on their website, it's good knowing I can head in unsure of what I want and be more than happy with their suggestions. I haven't been in often since my crops finished but a couple quick questions from the 'tender and I got a great preroll for a nice change.

LOVE the staff!!!! Shop in store OR have it delivered either way great service. Highly knowledgeable on all their products. All in all you'll never go wrong.

The sales staff are very helpful when you have no idea what you are looking for. The store is simple and modern looking which is nice. It's not too busy or crowded. (I visited the store before the second lockdown). They also gave me a valentines day card. I used the delivery service today. The gent was polite and was quick to verify my identity with my ID and credit card. Great service 👏

I went to Shinybud today and had an amazing experience. Chris took such great care of me. He took the time to listen and together we managed to find EXACTLY what I wanted. Best experience I've ever had at a dispensary. Thanks Chris. You're the best!!!

I recently checked this store out with a friend on Halloween, my expectations were questionable and I set the bar low... upon entering we were greeted and welcomed to the shop. The music was bumping, and the store was busy (Within COVID-19 guidelines). The Store Manager and legend Chris 'C-Mac' introduced himself, don't be fooled by his good looks, charm or soothing voice he genuinely wants to help you with his vast product knowledge of flower, beverage and edible merchandise from a wide variety of Licensed Producers. We were left to decide what we wanted to purchase as C-Mac literally Moonwalked flawlessly (Would have brought a tear to Michael Jackson's eye) around the store helping the other patrons. It was decided to pick up the product he recommended, this dude knows he stuff. Kudo's to all the budtenders there, I am impressed. I will be back when in town! 💪🔥
